Your holiday let, in local hands
We are a small, local company and this stretch of coast is our patch. We have been running holiday lets here since 2015. You own the property. We do the letting, whether it is on Airbnb, Booking.com or both: the listing and photographs, the prices, the bookings, the guests, the cleaning and linen, and the repairs.
You get a statement of what it earned and the payment that goes with it. We manage seafront apartments in Lancing and a house in the centre of Worthing today, and we are taking on more owners now.

Alexanders, on Lancing seafront
One of the properties we manage: a three-bedroom apartment that sleeps six, with the sea straight ahead.
“The apartment was immaculate. The location would be hard to beat being right on the beach front.”
What owners ask us
What does it cost?
Our fee is 12% of booking income. If you have five or more properties with us, it is 10%. That covers the whole management service.
Do you manage Airbnb and Booking.com listings?
Yes. We list and manage your property on Airbnb, Booking.com and the other main booking sites, and keep one calendar across all of them so it is never double booked.
Can you take over a property that is already on Airbnb?
Yes. If your property is already listed, we can take over the management of it. Tell us where it is listed when you enquire.
Where do you work?
Worthing, Lancing and Shoreham. If your property is close by, ask us.
What is included?
Everything it takes to run a holiday let: the listing and photographs, pricing, the booking sites, looking after guests, cleaning and linen, repairs, and your statements and payment.
Can guests book through this website?
No. This site is for property owners. Guest bookings are taken by Seafront Stays.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your property through the enquiry form. We will come back to you, look at the property with you, and take it from there.
