What does it cost?
Our fee is 12% of booking income. If you have five or more properties with us, it is 10%. That covers the whole management service.
What is included?
Everything it takes to run a holiday let: the listing and photographs, pricing, the booking sites, looking after guests, cleaning and linen, repairs, and your statements and payment.
