Holiday lets in Shoreham, looked after locally
Shoreham-by-Sea has a working harbour, the River Adur with its houseboats, and Shoreham Beach across the footbridge from the town. Brighton is a short train ride away, which brings guests who want the coast without the crowds.
We do not manage a property in Shoreham yet, and we would like to. If you own one, on Airbnb already or not yet let, you would have our full attention.

What owners ask us
Do you manage holiday lets in Shoreham?
We cover Shoreham and are taking on owners there now. The properties we manage today are a few minutes along the coast in Lancing and in Worthing.
What does it cost?
Our fee is 12% of booking income. If you have five or more properties with us, it is 10%. That covers the whole management service.
Do you manage Airbnb and Booking.com listings?
Yes. We list and manage your property on Airbnb, Booking.com and the other main booking sites, and keep one calendar across all of them so it is never double booked.
Can you take over a property that is already on Airbnb?
Yes. If your property is already listed, we can take over the management of it. Tell us where it is listed when you enquire.
What is included?
Everything it takes to run a holiday let: the listing and photographs, pricing, the booking sites, looking after guests, cleaning and linen, repairs, and your statements and payment.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your property through the enquiry form. We will come back to you, look at the property with you, and take it from there.
